Whether it’s carne asada and chilaquiles in Mexico or wild salmon and moose burgers in Alaska, each dish reflects a connection to the place and the people it is shared with. This portfolio showcases my work as a private chef. My style blends Mediterranean vibrancy with global influences, elevating rustic, whole ingredients with care and refinement. Every menu is built around fresh, seasonal ingredients, balancing nourishment and indulgence in meals meant to be savored long after the table is cleared.
